Built-in SMTP — Reliable Delivery
Send through Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365, Yahoo, Yandex, Zoho, Brevo, SendGrid, Mailgun or any SMTP server. Pick your provider and the server details are filled in for you. A Send Test Email button shows the exact server response and tells you how to fix common problems (for example Gmail App Passwords). Passwords are stored encrypted.
Delivery Status
Each entry shows whether its email was delivered. If sending fails, you see a clear warning in the admin — the entry is always saved, so no message is ever lost.

Pick from 20 ready-made designs (light, dark, gradient, glass, minimal…) and set your own colors.
Entry Storage

Is this plugin free?
Yes. Everything in this plugin is free with no limits on forms, fields or entries. NovoForms Pro is an optional upgrade with extra features such as auto-replies, file uploads and CSV export.
How do I embed a form?
After saving a form, copy its shortcode from the All Forms list and paste it into any page, post, or widget. You can also use the NovoForms Gutenberg block.
Where do I see submitted entries?
Go to NovoForms → Entries and select a form from the dropdown.
Does the plugin send emails?
Yes. Every submission is emailed to the address in NovoForms → Settings → Email (or a different address per form) and also saved under NovoForms → Entries.
I don't receive the emails. What should I do?
Many hosts cannot send email reliably on their own. Go to NovoForms → Settings → SMTP, turn on SMTP, choose your email provider and enter your login. Then click Send Test — if something is wrong you will see the exact error and how to fix it. For Gmail you need an App Password (myaccount.google.com/apppasswords), not your normal password.
Does the plugin slow down my site?
Scripts and styles only load on pages that contain a NovoForms form.
Is the plugin translation-ready?
Yes. The plugin ships with built-in translations for 11 languages and automatically uses your WordPress site language. You can also override the language per-plugin from NovoForms → Settings → Language.

Does the plugin collect any data?
Only if you allow it. On first use, NovoForms asks whether you want to share anonymous usage statistics. If you click Allow, your site sends one small request per day to Google Analytics with the plugin version, WordPress version, PHP version, site language, number of forms and a random anonymous site ID. No form entries, email addresses, personal data or site URLs are sent, and no scripts are loaded in the browser. You can turn this off anytime under NovoForms → Settings → Usage Data; deactivating the plugin also stops all sending.
What happens when the plugin is uninstalled?
All database tables and plugin options are removed on deletion.
