Onlinefotka Fast Order Status Change replaces the repetitive "change status → choose an order action → send email → update" routine with a single click. Create your own buttons (for example Send to designer, Shipped, Waiting for payment). Every button changes the order to the status you choose and sends the email you choose – including custom emails provided by order status plugins in the Order actions box.

安装:

Upload the onlinefotka-fast-order-status-change folder to /wp-content/plugins/ or install the ZIP via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress
Go to WooCommerce → Fast Order Status and create your buttons
Open any order – the buttons are in the Quick actions box at the top right

常见问题:

Will the customer receive the email twice?

No. While the status is being changed, the plugin watches every outgoing email. If the customer already got an email (sent automatically by WooCommerce or by an order status plugin), the email of the button is skipped and an order note explains it.

Which emails can I choose?

Everything that appears in the Order actions box of an order (including custom emails of order status plugins) and every registered WooCommerce email.

Does it work with custom order statuses?

Yes. All statuses registered via wc_get_order_statuses() are offered.

Is the plugin compatible with HPOS?

Yes. HPOS compatibility is explicitly declared and the plugin works with both order storage modes.

What happens on uninstall?

The plugin options (buttons and remembered status behaviour) are deleted. Orders and order notes are not touched.
