If WooCommerce is installed, you can enable automatic product sync in the onWebChat settings. Your AI chatbot will learn your product catalog — names, descriptions, and links — and use that information to answer customer questions accurately. Products sync automatically when added, updated, or deleted, and you can run a bulk sync for existing products at any time.
Absolutely. Product sync is secured with HMAC-SHA256 authentication and a unique secret key. Only essential product data (name, description, URL) is synced — no customer data, orders, or payment information is ever transmitted.
