Does this replace the standard WooCommerce checkout?
No. OSO adds a one page / product-page order form. Your normal cart and checkout pages remain available.
Is this a one page checkout plugin?
Yes. OSO focuses on one page checkout on the product page (order form + live totals), not on redesigning the standard WooCommerce checkout page layout.
Can I take Cash on Delivery (COD) orders from the product page?
Yes. In OSO Mode, Cash on Delivery is a common setup: the customer submits the form on the product page and the order is created in WooCommerce using your configured payment flow.
Does this add a Buy Now / skip cart flow?
When OSO is enabled on product pages, customers can complete the purchase on the product page instead of going through Add to Cart → Cart → Checkout. Your standard cart remains available for other flows.
Which payment methods work?
In OSO Mode, orders use your configured WooCommerce payment flow (COD is common). In WooCommerce Mode, customers can pay on the product page via active gateways such as Stripe or WooCommerce Payments.
Can I sell digital products?
Yes. Hide shipping and address fields and collect only the data you need (for example name, email, and phone).
Does it work with variable products and shipping zones?
Yes. OSO tracks variation selection and price changes, and uses your existing WooCommerce shipping zones and rates when shipping fields apply.
How do languages work?
Storefront form: choose a fixed language in Form Language (General settings) or use Auto to follow the WordPress site locale. Seven built-in presets are included (English, French, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Italian). Admin settings: shipped in English. Community translations can be contributed on translate.wordpress.org.
Is it suitable for Arabic / RTL stores?
Yes. The storefront form includes Arabic among the language presets and supports RTL-friendly layout.
Is HPOS supported?
Yes. OSO declares compatibility with WooCommerce custom order tables (HPOS).
Does OSO slow down product pages?
Assets load only on single product pages. The plugin is designed to stay lightweight.
How does OSO reduce spam and abuse?
OSO uses honeypot fields, minimum form timing, and per-IP rate limits on checkout AJAX and order submission. No CAPTCHA is shown to customers by default.
How is the free plugin different from a popup checkout modal?
The free plugin places the order form on the product page. Popup checkout modal, sticky bar, and advanced styling are part of the optional OSO Branding add-on.
Is there a limit on how many orders I can create?
No. The free plugin supports unlimited orders. There is no monthly or lifetime order cap.
Why do some settings show a “Go Premium” notice?
Some tabs list features available in paid OSO add-ons (Branding or Scale). Those notices are informational only. The free plugin is fully functional for core one page checkout with unlimited orders; premium features come from separate add-ons, not by unlocking hidden fields inside this plugin.
