ParallelPOS Connector pairs your site with your ParallelPOS account in one step and does three jobs:
- Blog publishing — posts written in the ParallelPOS Marketing Hub are published to your WordPress blog automatically (as published posts, or as drafts for review — your choice).
- WooCommerce sync — your ParallelPOS product catalog and live stock levels flow into WooCommerce, and WooCommerce orders flow back into ParallelPOS as web orders. Products match by SKU, so re-syncs update instead of duplicating.
- Store & booking embeds — the
[parallelpos_store]and[parallelpos_booking]shortcodes drop your ParallelPOS ordering portal or booking page onto any WordPress page.
- A ParallelPOS account (parallelpos.com)
- WooCommerce is optional — needed only for the catalog/order sync
安装:
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Open Settings → ParallelPOS and copy the Site key.
- In ParallelPOS, open Marketing → Channels → WordPress, paste your site address and the key, and press Connect.
- Optional: paste your ParallelPOS ordering-portal link into Store page URL and put
[parallelpos_store]on a page.
常见问题:
Do I need WooCommerce?
Only for the catalog/stock/order sync. Blog publishing and the embeds work without it.
What data leaves my site?
None on the plugin's initiative. ParallelPOS calls in (with your key) to publish posts, upsert products, and collect new orders. The plugin never makes outbound calls to ParallelPOS.
How do I disconnect?
Regenerate the Site key (Settings → ParallelPOS) or deactivate the plugin. Either one stops all access immediately.
