The free plugin includes 5 contact channels (WhatsApp, Phone, Email, Telegram, and Custom Link) plus business hours and analytics — all fully functional with no limits. PB Floats Contact Widget Pro adds 15 more channels (Messenger, Instagram, Viber, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, Discord, SMS, WeChat, Line, Google Maps, Waze, Signal, and Pops), plus page targeting, user role targeting, WooCommerce smart CTAs, and referrer/URL-parameter targeting.
Can the Pro version trigger Pops popups?
Yes. PB Floats Contact Widget Pro can add a Pops popup trigger when Pops by PluginsBuy is active.
