This plugin adds a custom shipping method to WooCommerce that charges your customers a shipping fee based on a percentage of the cart subtotal. Key Features:

  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/percentage-fee-shipping directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.
  3. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping and select a Shipping Zone.
  4. Add the "Percentage-based Shipping" method.
  5. Set the title and percentage fee.
