phemightformsfolder to/wp-content/plugins/, or install via Plugins > Add New > Upload. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen.
- Open PhemightForms in the WordPress admin sidebar.
- Create a form, then embed it with the shortcode or Gutenberg block.
