The plugin is free. Cloud tools use your Picsart plan and credits. Buy and manage these on Picsart, where current prices are shown. They are Picsart service purchases usable beyond WordPress, not a separate plugin subscription.

Costs depend on the operation, model and selected settings. Review the account-specific quote before approving generation, background removal or enhancement, including a zero-credit quote when applicable. An estimate is not the final quote. Local browser image processing does not spend generation credits.

No. The plugin uses your actual Picsart balance. Reinstalling or connecting another site does not grant extra credits or free videos. Account-level free credits may not cover a video.

Regeneration is a new request with a new price to approve. Rejecting a result does not itself request a refund. For a billing question or unexpected charge, contact Picsart Support; the plugin does not determine refund eligibility.

Use the account's plan and credit links to manage your balance on Picsart.com. Return to WordPress and review the current balance and quote before trying again. Subscriptions do not imply unlimited generation.

Follow Installation above. No merchant API key, Node.js server or manual installation identifier is needed. If the device code expires, start a new connection attempt. Never share login or authorization codes.

Yes. WooCommerce and All in One SEO are optional. Use WordPress posts, pages and the Media Library without them. The plugin does not promise SEO rankings or publish campaigns.

No. Review results before saving a copy, and explicitly choose where to apply it. Local edits create new attachments. Restore is available only while the destination still matches the recorded change; later edits are not overwritten.

Open History and inspect the existing operation first. Where available, resume checking or finish saving the existing result without generating again. A timeout does not prove generation failed or that no credits were used. Avoid submitting a duplicate request while its outcome is uncertain.

After consent, Picsart receives account requests and selected cloud-workflow images and prompts. Image-based quotes upload a copy before generation. Local processing does not itself send images for AI processing. See External services and privacy for endpoints and policies.

OAuth credentials and receipts are encrypted using WordPress salts; media actions check WordPress permissions. Protect backups and salts and keep your software updated. WordPress media copies may have public URLs even if the Drive original was private.

Disconnect removes local credentials. Archiving hides history without deleting it. Uninstall removes plugin state and capabilities but preserves media and authored content. None cancels your subscription or deletes cloud files. Manage cloud files/authorization on Picsart; site backups follow your hosting policy.

No analytics or advertising trackers are bundled. Live chat loads Picsart's HubSpot support portal only when you choose Chat with Picsart. Status emails require a separate opt-in and use the WordPress site's mail system. Support forms remain available without opening chat.

Review Picsart's terms and Generative AI Additional Terms, and use source media you have permission to process. Check outputs for accuracy, branding and third-party rights before publication. Use clean images for product listings and feeds; the plugin blocks applying marked copies to product destinations. Marketplace image rules still apply.

Canvas and video exports can change encoding, colour profiles and embedded metadata. Keep your originals; exported copies may not preserve provenance metadata. Review each destination's format, size and image requirements.
