1. Install Pet Insurance Quotes via the WordPress plugin manager OR Install piq-quote.zip using the 'Plugins' interface in WordPress
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress

To use the plugin with WordPress Blocks:

1. Place Pet Insurance Quotes block into your page or post from the "Embed" plugin section in the WordPress Blocks.
