Pluximo Form Blocks - Easy Gutenberg Contact Form Builder

Fields included

• Text input: for names, subjects, company names, and other short answers.
• Email: makes sure that visitors type a valid email address, so you can reply.
• Phone number and website URL: for phone numbers and website links.
• Message box (textarea): for longer comments, questions, or project details.
• Dropdown (select): visitors pick one item from a list, for example a service or a department.
• Checkboxes: visitors pick one or more options, for example a newsletter signup.
• Radio buttons: visitors pick one answer, for example yes or no.
• Submit button: you can change its text, style, alignment, and colors.

Why build forms in the block editor Many form plugins make you build a form on a separate screen. Then you copy a shortcode such as [contact-form-7 id="123"] and paste it into your page. You repeat these steps each time you change a field. With Pluximo Form Blocks, you build and change the form on the page itself. You can move fields, change placeholders, and change colors, and you see the result right away.

Install from your WordPress admin

1. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New.
2. Search for "Pluximo Form Blocks".
3. Click Install Now, then click Activate.

Install from a zip file

1. Download the plugin zip file.
2. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
3. Choose the zip file and click Install Now.
4. When the upload is complete, click Activate.

Make your first form

1. Open a page or a post in the block editor.
2. Click the + (Add Block) button and search for "Form Wrapper".
3. Inside the Form Wrapper, add the fields that you need, for example Name, Email, Message, and Submit Button.
4. Click Publish. Your form is live and ready for messages.

Make a form in Elementor

1. Open a page or a post in Elementor.
2. Search for the Pluximo Form widget and drag it onto the page.
3. In the widget settings, add the fields that you need.
4. To put two fields side by side, open each field and set Column width to 50%. You can choose a different width for computers, tablets, and phones.
5. To show your own message when a visitor fills in a field wrong, open the field and type it in Error text.
6. Click Publish. Your form is live and ready for messages.

Manage forms with an AI assistant (optional) You can ask an AI app, such as VS Code, Cursor, or Claude Code, to make and change your forms. You can also ask it about the messages that your forms receive. Only an administrator can connect an AI app. Before you start, you need an administrator account and a secure site address that starts with https://. If your site does not have a secure address, ask your host to turn on SSL. To connect your AI app, do these steps one time:

1. In your WordPress admin, click Pluximo in the left menu.
2. Open the Connect AI tab.
3. If you see Install MCP Adapter, click it. This adds a free plugin that lets AI apps talk to your site.
4. Click Connect AI.
5. Click Add to VS Code or Add to Cursor. For Claude Code, copy the line under "Claude Code: paste this in your terminal." and paste it in your terminal.

Do step 5 right away. Pluximo shows these links one time only. If you leave the page first, disconnect and connect again. To make a form with the AI assistant:

1. Tell the assistant what you want in plain words, for example: "Create a contact form with name, email, phone and message. Make the message required."
2. The assistant makes a new draft page with your form. Visitors cannot see a draft.
3. In your WordPress admin, go to Pages and open the new draft.
4. If the form looks right, click Publish.

If you use Elementor, ask for an Elementor form, for example: "Create an Elementor contact form with name, email and message." The assistant makes a new draft page with the Pluximo Form widget. Open the draft in Elementor, and if the form looks right, click Publish. The form does not take messages until you publish the page. Other things that you can ask:

• "List all my forms."
• "Add a Department dropdown with Sales, Support and Billing to my contact form."
• "Summarize the messages from this week."
• "Mark the last three messages as spam."
• "How many unread messages do I have?"
• "Delete this spam message."

Before the assistant changes a form or deletes a message, it gets a preview of the change. For example, the preview shows the fields that the change removes. Ask the assistant to show you the preview before it continues. Do not ask the assistant to delete a message that you want to keep. A deleted message cannot be restored. To keep a copy, ask the assistant to move the message to the trash. When you ask about messages, the AI service receives what your visitors sent, such as names, email addresses, and messages. To disconnect an AI app, go to Pluximo → Connect AI and click Disconnect next to the app in the "Connected AI apps" list.
