Upload the poly-comments folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the Poly Comments plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
Configure the plugin by going to the Widgets section in your WordPress dashboard and selecting "Polygon Recent Comments".
