The plugin adds posts' thumbnail in dashboard "posts list" table and allows to check which post has a thumbnail or not.
安装:
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/post-thumbnaildirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
- Use the Settings->Post Thumbnail screen to configure the plugin

Yes! The plugin supports custom post types. You must go to plugin settings page and just check the post type you want to add the thumbnails.
Post type not appears in settings page
