Post to Email

WP Post to Email plugins allows you to send emails to all your audiences whenever a new post is published. You can also set the number of posts after which the email will be sent to your audience. The plugin automatically fetches names and emails of your subscribers from your users list inside WordPress for sending emails. You can also upload and import your custom audience for sending the emails. The email that is sent is 100% mobile friendly and looks good on all kind of devices. Also it looks great across different email clients like Gmail, Hotmail or any other emailing client. Below are the list of settings that you can set with this plugin:

1. Header Image: You can add an header image to your emails. This header image will be included in all the emails that will be sent to your subscribers and audience.
2. Company Name: Company Name will be added to the outgoing emails automatically so that your email stays in compliance with the anti spam rules.
3. Company Address: Company Address will also be added to the outgoing emails automatically so that your email stays in compliance with the anti spam rules.
4. Email Subject You can mention the subject with which the email will be sent. Subject maybe like Weekly or Daily Newsletter from XYZ site.
5. Email after number of posts Here you can set the number of posts to be published after which the email will be sent. You can either set 2 or 5, it is upto you to decide when you want to send the emails after publishing how many posts.
6. Subscribers Lastly you can select whom you want the emails to be sent to. You can select between Administrator, Contributor, Editor, Author, Subscriber.

You can also upload your own custom audience in the specific format and emails will be sent to them as well.

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

1. Activate the 'Post to Email' through the 'Plugins' menu.
2. In the dashboard panel sidebar 'Post to Email' tab appear.
3. Just click on the tab and set setting for post count.
4. Save setting for template design and user type.
5. After saving the setting it will send notification after set number of post.
6. Also to set smtp configuration for sending email use any smtp configuration plugin or go with 'https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-email-smtp/'
