We created Profitblue - Financial reporting plugin to help WooCommerce stores measure this important indicator (and many others) effectively and easily. You set everything up in minutes, and our plugin will take care of everything else. We believe that what you can't measure, you can't improve. Main reports - Financial analysis of everything Overview The overview section serves as a graphic representation of your company's financial health. It offers a lot of statistics and graphs, from the simple ones to the most advanced ones. The most advanced is the so-called Net profit analysis, in which the profit tracker calculates the total profitability for a chosen time period, even for one day. This real-time analysis is most important for quick and immediate actions to prevent financial inconveniences. Choose a time-period according to your needs, and you start examining your company's analyses! Product reporting The product section is used to analyze individual products and their profitability. The main profitability indicators here are "Gross profit" and "Gross margin," which display how much you earn from each product. You can also click the red button labeled "Product detail" to check detailed analysis and graphs of products. Product detail The product detail section displays detailed analyses and graphs of individual products. Product detail contains many tabs and graphs that will help you evaluate the importance and profitability of products. From this, you can determine seasonality, the number of products sold per specific period, or price and margin fluctuations. Order reporting The Orders section measures the profitability of individual orders, including all products, shipping, and cash-on-delivery (COD) fees. You set the data once, and with each subsequent order, it will measure how much you earned on it. You can use the dropdown on each order to view the details. We created this Orders section to display the reality of the order's profitability on your e-shop. Profit and Loss (P&L) Profit and loss (P&L) is the most common financial analysis used by large companies. P&L is a table that is divided by months and uses all the data needed to calculate the company's overall profitability, including revenues and costs. You can choose whether to display profit and loss in the version "Month to date" (displaying actual month data) or "Year to date" (displaying a cumulative view). Additional Features

• Payment fees — Payment fees let you add a specific fee (% or fixed amount) for every order where the payment method is used. This is mainly used with payment cards.

You can look back to every day/week/month in actual and last year. This feature can help you compare years and be aware of your past situation. XLSX exports The premium version includes the Order, Product, and P&L XLSX Export. You can work with that data further on your computer. COGS export/import To make the import of your products's prices as efficient as possible, we prepared COGS export/import. You can easily download the XLSX file to your computer, insert prices, and import them back to Profitblue. This feature is mainly important when you have many products (hundreds or thousands). E-mail notifications E-mail notifications ensure that you receive information about your financial situation every day, week, month, or year to your e-mail address. Up to 15 Custom costs In our Free version, the "Custom cost and Income" are limited to only three costs/income. With the Pro version, you can insert up to 15 custom costs/income. Custom shipping cost settings Our free version assumes that "Shipping costs are the same as what customers pay". So if you pay different prices to your suppliers for shipping than your customers pay to you, the data will be inaccurate. In the Pro version, you can use the other three shipping options to make the data 100% accurate.

1. Visit Plugins > Add New
2. Search for Profitblue
3. Install Profitblue once it appears
4. Activate Profitblue from your Plugins page.
5. Go to "after activation" below.

Manually

1. Upload the profitblue folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the Profitblue plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to "after activation" below.

After activation

1. You should see the Profitblue setup wizard.
2. Go through the setup wizard and set up the plugin for your site.
3. Enjoy your financial reporting!
