Content inside Elementor, Bricks and Breakdance page data is detected automatically, so assets load even when the classic editor content is empty.

Yes. Settings → General → "Replace the theme reviews block" controls the replacement. Turn it off and the theme keeps its native block — plugin scripts and styles are not loaded on product pages at all, so they don't slow the page down. Reviews still work normally: they are saved, moderated and notified as usual.
