QRFolders Lite allows you to link a QR code to a document folder stored in Google Drive and present its contents on a clean, public-facing page. When the QR code is scanned, users are shown the current files in that folder, ensuring they always access the most up-to-date information at the point of use.
Folder contents can be updated at any time in Google Drive without changing or reissuing the QR code. This makes QRFolders Lite suitable for situations where QR codes are printed on stickers, labels, handouts, or embedded within PDF documents, whether those PDFs are automatically generated by the plugin or created separately by the user.
The QR code remains permanently linked to the folder identity, meaning printed QR codes continue to work even as documents are added, removed, or replaced.
Typical use cases include:
- Equipment manuals and safety documents
- Hire and rental documentation
- Property or facilities information
- Internal staff documentation
- Customer handouts
QRFolders Lite focuses on stability and simplicity. Printed QR codes remain valid even when folder contents change.
