Does Querzy require any API keys or AI configuration?
No. Everything is managed via the Querzy dashboard. Install the plugin, paste your access key, and the AI reads your WooCommerce catalog automatically. No AI setup, no third-party API keys to manage.
Does Querzy work with my WooCommerce theme?
Yes. Querzy injects a floating chat bubble that is completely theme-independent. It works with Storefront, Astra, Flatsome, OceanWP, and any custom theme — no CSS conflicts, no template overrides required.
Do I need to configure a product feed?
No. The plugin syncs your WooCommerce products directly to Querzy. You do not need to install a separate feed plugin or configure any URLs.
Is Querzy free?
Yes, during early access. Sign up at querzy.com for a free account. Paid plans are available for higher query volumes.
Which languages are supported?

Where is my data stored?
Product data and chat sessions are stored on EU infrastructure (Hetzner, Germany). No customer PII is retained. See the privacy policy for full details.
I lost my access key. How do I get a new one?
Log in to querzy.com, go to your dashboard, and register the site again. This rotates your key — the old key is immediately revoked.
Does this plugin work without a Querzy account?
No. The plugin requires a Querzy account to function. A free account is available at querzy.com. The plugin will not load the chat widget or sync products until valid credentials are entered in the settings page.

- Product sync now fetches and sends your catalog a page at a time instead of loading every product into memory at once — fixes sync failing or timing out on large catalogs.
- If a sync is interrupted (e.g. a server error partway through), "Sync now" no longer gets permanently stuck saying a sync is already in progress — it now recovers automatically.
- Added a separate Sync Key, distinct from the Widget Key — product catalog sync now requires it specifically. The Widget Key (safe to embed publicly, used by the chat widget) no longer has catalog-write access on its own. If you're updating from an earlier version, get your new Sync Key from your Querzy dashboard and enter it in Settings → Querzy before your next sync.
- Sync Key field is now masked (password-style input) in the settings page.
- Added Cloudflare Turnstile support to the embedded chat widget (bot-abuse protection).
- Backend URL is no longer merchant-configurable — always querzy.com. Simplifies setup and removes a self-hosting-style misconfiguration/SSRF vector.
- Simplified the settings page — removed the self-hosting URL field (Querzy is a hosted service, not something you self-host) and the technical "store domain" field. Connecting your store is now a single "Get your access key" button.
