This plugin adds a private admin support area with:
- Site Health Summary checks for core updates, plugins, themes, PHP version, SSL, and debug status.
- Request Help from Developer support form with optional screenshot upload.
- Local log of recent support requests.
- Floating admin button for quick access to the support form.
安装:
- Upload the plugin folder to
wp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin from the Plugins screen.
- Open the Site Doctor menu in wp-admin.
常见问题:
Does this send data automatically?
No. Data is sent only when the user explicitly submits the support form.
Does the plugin store support requests?
Yes. It stores the last 5 requests locally in the site database for the admin to review.
