- Automatic order import every 15 minutes – each Allegro checkout form becomes a native WooCommerce order with line items, delivery cost, buyer details, and delivery and invoice addresses.
- Choose which orders come in – import orders that are ready for processing (the default) and choose the WooCommerce status they start in.
- No duplicate orders – imports are keyed on the Allegro checkout-form ID, so a repeat sync updates an existing order instead of creating a new one.
- Status changes keep flowing – the Allegro order status and fulfilment status are stored on the order and updated as they change.
- Invoice requests are flagged – when a buyer asks for a VAT invoice, the order gets a note so the request is not missed. Missed invoice requests are a common cause of Allegro complaints.
- Products matched by SKU – line items are matched through the offer's seller signature (external ID), which should equal your WooCommerce SKU. Unmatched items are still imported, as placeholder lines with a warning note.
- Mark orders as sent on Allegro when the WooCommerce order reaches the status you choose (Completed by default). The tracking number is uploaded first, then the fulfilment status is set to SENT.
- Carrier mapping for Polish and European carriers – InPost, Allegro InPost, Poczta Polska, DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx, GLS, ORLEN Paczka, Allegro Kurier and Allegro pickup points, plus "Other" with a free-text carrier name.

- In your WordPress admin go to Plugins → Add New, search for "RAU Allegro Order Sync", then install and activate it. WooCommerce must be active.
- Register an application at apps.developer.allegro.pl, choosing the type that signs in through a web browser.
- Grant it the order read/write and offer management scopes.
- Set the redirect URI to the callback URL shown on the plugin settings screen (WooCommerce → Allegro Sync).
- Paste the Client ID and Client Secret into the plugin settings and save.
- Click Connect Allegro account, approve the authorisation on Allegro, then tick Enable syncing.
- Optional: tick Stock sync and press Rebuild offer map so stock can be pushed to your offers.

How do I connect WooCommerce to Allegro?
Register an application in the Allegro developer portal, paste its Client ID and Client Secret into WooCommerce → Allegro Sync, and click Connect Allegro account. You approve access on Allegro and are sent straight back to your store. The settings screen shows the exact redirect URI to give Allegro.
Is it free?
Yes. Everything described on this page is free and fully functional, with no order limits, time limits or licence keys. You only need your own Allegro seller account and developer application, which Allegro provides free of charge.
How often are Allegro orders imported?
Every 15 minutes. You can also press Sync orders now at any time. The Look back (days) setting controls how far back each sync looks.
Which Allegro orders are imported?
By default, orders with the status "Ready for processing" — orders the buyer has paid for or chosen cash on delivery. You can change the status filter and choose the WooCommerce status that imported orders start in.
How are products matched?
By the offer's seller signature (the external ID you set on an Allegro offer), which should equal your WooCommerce SKU. Unmatched items are still imported as placeholder lines with a warning note on the order.
Does it create duplicate orders?
No. Imports are keyed on the Allegro checkout-form ID; repeat syncs update the existing order instead of creating a new one.
What does "mark sent" actually do?
It uploads the tracking number as a shipment (when you have one) and then sets the order's fulfilment status to SENT. Depending on your Allegro settings, uploading tracking alone can already move the order — doing both is safe either way.
Which carriers are supported?
InPost, Allegro InPost, Poczta Polska, DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx, GLS, ORLEN Paczka, Allegro Kurier and Allegro pickup points are mapped to Allegro's carrier IDs automatically. For anything else, choose "Other" and type the carrier name.
Do I have to type tracking numbers twice?
No. If a shipment-tracking plugin has already stored the tracking number on the order, it is read automatically. Otherwise enter it once in the Allegro box on the order screen.
Can it cancel orders on Allegro?
Yes. When you cancel an order in WooCommerce before it has been sent, the cancellation is passed to Allegro. You choose which WooCommerce status triggers it.
Does it handle invoice requests?
It flags them on the order with a note so you know an invoice is expected. Generating the invoice document itself is outside the plugin's scope.
Stock sync says no offers are mapped. What now?
Press Rebuild offer map. The plugin walks your Allegro offers and records every offer that has a seller signature. If the map stays empty, your offers have no signature set — add it in Allegro so it matches your SKU.
Can I test without touching real orders?
Yes — tick Sandbox and use Allegro sandbox credentials with a sandbox seller account. Switching environments requires reconnecting.
Is my Allegro Client Secret safe?
The Client Secret and access tokens are stored encrypted in your database and are never written to the sync log. The settings screen shows the secret masked.
Does it work with HPOS?
Yes. The plugin uses the WooCommerce CRUD API throughout and declares compatibility with High-Performance Order Storage.
Does it list products or create offers on Allegro?
No. The plugin is orders-first: it imports orders, sends fulfilment updates and pushes stock to offers you already have. Listing and offer creation stay in Allegro.
