Do I need a Rekomi account?
Rekomi is a paid service (plans from $29/month with a free trial); the plugin is the connector. Clicking Connect creates your workspace automatically, and everything is managed right here in WordPress. We email you a link to add a Rekomi login for the web dashboard; if your email already has a Rekomi account, you sign in once to link the site.
Can affiliates promote with coupon codes instead of affiliate links?
Yes, and it's one of Rekomi's favorite tricks. Every affiliate can get personal discount codes minted as real WooCommerce coupons, so a creator saying "use code MAYA10" earns commission even when nobody clicks a link. Links and codes work side by side.
How do affiliate payouts work?
Rekomi pays your affiliates for you in 165+ countries via bank deposit, Stripe, or PayPal, and handles their tax forms too. Commissions accrue with refund-aware holds, clawbacks happen automatically when orders are refunded, and you approve payouts in one click. No spreadsheets and no manual PayPal runs.
Can I run a referral program for my customers too?
Yes. The same campaigns work as a customer referral program: invite customers to share their link or code and reward them for every friend who buys.
Does it work with my payment gateway?
Yes. Orders are tracked at the WooCommerce order level, so every gateway (WooPayments, Stripe, PayPal, Square, cash on delivery, and the rest) is covered automatically.
Does it work with the block checkout?
Yes, both the classic shortcode checkout and the block-based checkout are supported.
Does it work without WooCommerce?
Yes. On sites without WooCommerce the plugin installs the Rekomi tracking snippet (referral link tracking); conversions then come from whatever billing platform you connect to Rekomi (Stripe, Paddle, and others).

The connection fails with "Rekomi could not verify this site"
During Connect, Rekomi calls back to yoursite.com/wp-json/rekomi/v1/connect-verify to prove the site is yours. If a security plugin blocks anonymous REST API requests, allow the rekomi/v1 namespace and try again.

- Signup page tracking: the page editor's Tracking pixels section now also takes a Google Ads conversion ID and label and a LinkedIn Insight Tag partner ID and conversion ID, next to GA4, Meta, and TikTok. Page views feed remarketing and retargeting, and a submitted application reports as a conversion once the label or conversion ID is set.

The commission section of the campaign form is a multi-select (Sales, Leads, Clicks) with its own rate for each, the deal is read back in one sentence, and the budget caps click and lead spend only. - Fixed: fixed-amount affiliate coupons are now scaled with the store currency's real number of decimals, read from the same currency table the Rekomi service uses. Stores priced in a three-decimal currency (Bahraini dinar, Jordanian dinar, Kuwaiti dinar, Omani rial, Tunisian dinar), in Icelandic krona, or in Malagasy ariary previously received a WooCommerce coupon worth the wrong amount (off by 10x or 100x). Update before creating fixed-amount coupons in one of those currencies.
- Fixed: a fixed-amount coupon entered on the wp-admin Coupons page in a zero-decimal currency (Japanese yen, South Korean won, and others) created a store coupon worth 100x the amount typed. Amounts entered in wp-admin are now converted with the currency's own decimals.
- Fixed: order, line item, and refund amounts are sent to Rekomi at the store currency's own precision, so three-decimal stores that price with three decimals keep the third decimal in commission and refund math instead of being rounded to two.
