RST detects when tables are bigger then their containers and makes them scroll instead of flowing over the boundary of the container.

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working. e.g.

Upload responsivescrollingtables-wordpress-version.zip via the plugin installer
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
Sit back and relax
