ReviewsJet brings the whole review workflow into wp-admin. Connect a platform by
pasting the address of your public page, moderate and reply from one queue, build
a widget with a live preview, and place it with a block.
- Import from Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, Yelp and Tripadvisor, plus reviews left on your own WooCommerce products.
- Moderate in one queue — publish, hide, pin, tag, reply. Replies are pushed back to the platform the review came from.
- Display with seven layouts (grid, list, masonry, slider, marquee, quote, popup), customised in WordPress with a live preview.
- Place with a shortcode anywhere a shortcode goes — a page, a post, a widget area, a page builder.
- Rank — optional structured data so Google can show star ratings in search results.
- Ask — send a review request to one customer at a time from the Collect
screen, optionally attached to a real WooCommerce order.
Widgets are drawn on your pages by the ReviewsJet widget script, which fetches
your published reviews from the ReviewsJet API.
External service
This plugin is the WordPress client for ReviewsJet, a review-management service
at
https://reviewsjet.com. A free ReviewsJet account is required. Once you
connect this site, the plugin sends your site address and the reviews, widgets
and settings you manage here to the ReviewsJet API at
https://api.reviewsjet.com,
and receives your reviews back.
No data is sent anywhere until you connect the plugin to a ReviewsJet workspace.
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Open ReviewsJet in the WordPress menu.
- Click Connect ReviewsJet and approve this site in your ReviewsJet account.
You are never asked for your ReviewsJet password inside WordPress. Approval
happens on
reviewsjet.com and this site receives a token scoped to it alone,
which you can revoke at any time from Settings.
