Rudrastyh Assign Roles on Product Purchase for Woocommerce adds a small settings section under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Assign roles. Create conditions by selecting a product and a user role. When a logged-in customer purchases that product and the order reaches Processing or Completed status, the configured role is added to the customer's account.

安装:

  1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/ or install the ZIP through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
  2. Activate the plugin.
  3. Open WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Assign roles.
  4. Add product and role conditions, then save changes.

常见问题:

Does the plugin work for guest orders?

No. A WordPress user account is required in order to assign a role.

Does assigning a role remove the customer's existing roles?

No. The configured role is added while existing roles are preserved.

Can I select a product variation?

Yes. The product search supports products and variations.
