No. Rusa Payment Verification for WooCommerce extends WooCommerce's built-in Bank Transfer (BACS) gateway. Your existing bank details and BACS settings remain managed by WooCommerce.
Is there a monthly verification limit?
No. The free plugin does not impose a monthly limit on payment verifications.
What happens when a customer submits payment proof?
The customer's transaction reference and payment proof are attached to the order, and the order enters the payment-verification workflow so an administrator can review the submission from WooCommerce > Payment Verification.
What happens when I approve a payment?
The payment is recorded as approved and the order moves to Processing. The customer is also notified according to the plugin's notification workflow.
Can I reject a payment submission?
Yes. Administrators can reject a submitted payment from the Payment Verification queue when the payment cannot be verified.
Can customers upload images and PDF receipts?
Yes. Customers can submit supported payment-proof files such as JPG, PNG, and PDF files through the payment-proof upload workflow.
Does the plugin work with WooCommerce Checkout Blocks?
