SafeBatch – Bulk SEO Studio

SafeBatch is the WordPress.org edition from the maker of Bulk SEO Studio. It provides a spreadsheet-style workflow for updating fields that would otherwise require opening WordPress content one item at a time. The plugin is fully functional without an account, license key, quota, time limit, or external service. It does not send site data to the developer or another server. Included capabilities

• Scan eligible public post types or match a pasted list of URLs.
• Edit WordPress titles and post status.
• Edit meta titles and descriptions used by supported SEO plugins.
• Edit H1-H6 text and tags in Gutenberg and Classic Editor content.
• Export the current scan as CSV for offline review.
• Preview current and proposed values before anything is written.
• Select individual fields in Preview.
• Automatically create backups before every save.
• Review History and undo a page, a selection, or a complete batch.
• Process large saves in smaller AJAX chunks to reduce timeout risk, without a plugin-imposed page limit.

Safety model

• Preview is mandatory: database writes begin only after confirmation.
• Backup before write: every changed page receives a restorable snapshot.
• Skip rather than guess: a heading or field that cannot be located confidently is skipped and reported.
• Permission checks: administration screens require the manage_options capability; each post update also checks edit_post.
• Local processing: scanning, previewing, saving, and undoing happen within the WordPress installation.

Supported editors and SEO metadata Heading editing supports Gutenberg and Classic Editor content. Elementor pages can still use title, status, and SEO metadata editing, but this plugin does not edit Elementor heading widgets. SEO metadata adapters are included for Yoast SEO, Rank Math, All in One SEO, SEOPress, Slim SEO, and The SEO Framework. SafeBatch is an editing interface and does not replace the sitemap, redirect, schema, or analysis features of those plugins. Separate commercial plugin Bulk SEO Studio Pro is a separate GPL-licensed commercial plugin with specialized workflows such as Elementor heading editing, CSV import, multi-source SEO workflows, bulk schema, internal linking, and Find & Fix.
