Privacy and external services
Free event details and .ics downloads are public. Do not enter private information. No entry data or automatic external requests are sent. Clicking a provider link shares the configured event details with that provider.
- Install and activate Gravity Forms 2.7+ and SaveTheDate on WordPress 6.2+ with PHP 7.4+.
- Open your form's Settings > SaveTheDate and enable "This form is an event".
- Set future event dates, times and timezone, then save and test a submission.
Buttons appear in Text confirmations automatically. Add {save_the_date} to notification messages for email links, or use [savethedate form="12"] on a page.
