You can download and install ScheduleMAX Online Scheduling plugin using the built in WordPress plugin installer. If you download ScheduleMAX plugin manually, make sure it is uploaded to "/wp-content/plugins/schedulemax/". Activate ScheduleMAX Scheduling plugin in the "Plugins" admin panel using the "Activate" link. You'll then see on option added to the WordPress Settings menu for ScheduleMAX settings. Open the settings and enter the short slug for your ScheduleMAX account.
