No. It does not charge a customer or connect to an online payment gateway. It records payments collected separately by the business, such as cash, an in-person card/POS payment or a bank transfer.
No. "Physical card/POS" only identifies how an external in-person payment was received. No card number, security code or other card credential is collected or stored.
No. Booking runs entirely on your own site, there is no telemetry, and e-mails go through your own WordPress mail system.
Deactivation and uninstall keep appointments, customers, services, payments and settings in the database so nothing is lost unexpectedly. You can remove the data yourself if you no longer need it.
