Scobe Booking Lite is a self-hosted appointment booking plugin for WordPress. Manual payment records Scobe Booking Lite can record payments the business has already collected outside the plugin:

Multiple payment records per appointment (cash, physical card/POS, bank transfer or other)

Collections list with daily and monthly collected totals

These are operational records, not online payment processing. Scobe Booking Lite does not charge customers, connect to a payment gateway, or collect or store card numbers. Who it is for Salons, spas, barbers, beauty studios, clinics, therapists, tutors, consultants, coaches, photographers, repair and service providers — any appointment-based business that wants simple online booking and practical day-to-day appointment management. Private by design All booking data stays in your own WordPress database. The plugin includes no telemetry or analytics and sends nothing to Scobe servers; see the Privacy section below. Scobe Pro Scobe Pro is a separate commercial product with product and inventory management, expenses, advanced financial reporting, online payment integrations and advanced staff tools. Premium feature code is not included in Scobe Booking Lite, and Scobe Pro is not required to use Lite.

Install and activate Scobe Booking Lite from the Plugins screen.
Follow the setup wizard: enter your business details, create your first staff member and service, and set working hours.
Let the wizard publish a ready-made booking page, or add the [scobe_booking_lite] shortcode to any page yourself.
Open the page and make a test booking.
You can always copy the shortcode later under Scobe Booking → Settings → Booking Form.

How do I add the booking form to a page?

Place the [scobe_booking_lite] shortcode on any page or post, or let the setup wizard publish a booking page for you. The canonical shortcode is always available under Scobe Booking → Settings → Booking Form.

Can I have multiple staff members and services?

Yes. Services, categories, staff members and appointments are unlimited. When two or more active staff exist, customers can pick a staff member; each staff member has their own calendar and availability.

How do working hours work?

Set weekly opening hours under Scobe Booking → Settings. Closed dates and holiday ranges are managed separately and block bookings for those days entirely.

Does the plugin take online payments?

No. It does not charge a customer or connect to an online payment gateway. It records payments collected separately by the business, such as cash, an in-person card/POS payment or a bank transfer.

Does it store card information?

No. "Physical card/POS" only identifies how an external in-person payment was received. No card number, security code or other card credential is collected or stored.

Does it contact external servers?

No. Booking runs entirely on your own site, there is no telemetry, and e-mails go through your own WordPress mail system.

What happens to my data if I deactivate or delete the plugin?

Deactivation and uninstall keep appointments, customers, services, payments and settings in the database so nothing is lost unexpectedly. You can remove the data yourself if you no longer need it.

Which languages are supported?

English, Turkish, German, Spanish and French translations are bundled. Because all text uses standard WordPress internationalization functions, the plugin can also be translated through translate.wordpress.org.

Is Scobe Pro required?

No. Scobe Booking Lite is a standalone free plugin. Scobe Pro is a separate commercial product.

Can Lite and Pro be active at the same time?

Yes. Use [scobe_booking_lite] for the Lite booking form. When Pro is active, Lite does not register the legacy [scobe_booking] alias, leaving that shortcode to Pro.
