详情介绍:
1. AI Alt Text — 30 images every month on the free plan
Missing alt text hurts your image SEO and your accessibility compliance. This plugin
scans your media library, finds every image without alt text, and writes natural,
SEO-friendly alt text automatically — in English or Hebrew, based on what is actually
in the picture. Alt texts fill automatically each month, up to your plan's quota.
2. SEO Doctor — free full-site scan
Missing meta descriptions, duplicate titles, missing schema markup, broken links —
the scan finds them and you see every finding, free, right on the plugin page.
3. AI Articles
Want content too? Through the SEO Agent service you also get AI-written, SEO-optimized
articles based on real keyword research for your niche — reviewed and approved by you
before anything reaches your site. The free plan includes monthly articles; paid plans
add the fixing Doctor and a fully automatic blog.
What this plugin does
- Scans your media library and fills missing image alt text with AI
- Runs a full SEO site scan and shows every finding on the plugin page
- Receives and publishes articles prepared by SEO Agent — content you have reviewed and approved through the SEO Agent dashboard before it reaches your site
- Applies SEO metadata to each published post (Yoast, Rank Math, AIOSEO, SEOPress)
- Injects Organization schema markup for structured data
- Syncs published post URLs back to SEO Agent so the service can update its internal links
- Removes duplicate-content query parameters (?nocache=, ?elementor_popup=) from canonical URLs
安装:
- Install and activate the plugin
- Open SEO Agent in your WordPress admin
- Review what will be shared and click "Connect & scan my site"
- Watch your missing alt texts fill automatically, and see your SEO findings on the same page

常见问题:
Is the plugin free?
Yes. The plugin is free, and the free plan includes 30 AI alt texts per month and a full SEO site scan. Paid plans add automatic fixing and a fully automatic blog.
Does the plugin work without an account?
Yes. Once activated, scanning and alt-text filling work without any signup. Creating a free account later unlocks the full findings dashboard.
When does the plugin start communicating with seo-agent.io?
When you activate it. Activation registers your site with the service. Deactivating the plugin stops all communication.
What data is sent to seo-agent.io?
Your site URL, published post URLs, image URLs for alt text generation, and crash reports on fatal errors. See the External Services section below.

- Fix: images in articles published by SEO Agent that have an empty alt text now show a descriptive alt to visitors, screen readers and search engines (taken from the section heading above the image). Your post content is not changed, and an alt you wrote is always kept.
- New: an article can be moved into the right blog category and out of a wrong one, one post at a time - the other posts in that category are never touched, no category is ever deleted, and an SEO plugin's primary category follows the post.
- Fix: filling an empty image alt text now writes only that alt - the rest of the post is saved exactly as it was, on every hosting setup. An alt that already contains special characters is always recognised and kept.
- Fix: images SEO Agent placed in your articles with an empty alt text now get one. Only the empty alt is filled - an alt you wrote is never changed, and nothing else in the article is touched, so edits you made after publishing stay exactly as they are.
- New: text corrections you approve in SEO Agent now also reach posts that were edited with Elementor. Only the exact sentences are replaced, layout and styling are untouched, and the previous version is kept.
- Fix: editing a live article whose images were still served from seo-agent.io now copies those images into your media library instead of refusing the update.
- Undoing a post-merge fix restores the post with the status it had before (a private or pending post no longer comes back public).
- SEO Doctor: the canonical fix for pages competing with each other now works on Rank Math sites too. The post-merge fix can move a post to the trash and bring it back if you undo.
- SEO Doctor: a fix approved in your dashboard can now add a short paragraph with a link inside a post (placed before its first heading), and remove exactly that paragraph again if you undo the fix. First used to link a post to the service page it competes with in Google.
- The page scan no longer reports decorative images (alt=""), tracking pixels or lazy-load placeholders as "images without alt text". An image placed in your content without alt text is still reported.
- WooCommerce product prices in structured data now include the date the price is valid from (validFrom), next to the date it is valid until. This clears the Search Console Product snippets notice "Missing field validFrom".
- Images placed inside a post now show the alt text from the media library when the post itself has an empty alt. Filling alt texts in the library reaches the live page without editing any post. An alt text you typed yourself is never changed.
- The duplicate-description fix for the Hello Elementor theme now checks the page itself: the theme description tag is hidden only when another one has already been printed, whichever SEO plugin printed it. A post with no other description always keeps it. Also: URL-encoded text is never mistaken for a template variable, and product and media pages get og:type website.
- The theme's duplicate description tag is now hidden next to every SEO plugin that writes its own description by default (Rank Math, AIOSEO, The SEO Framework, Slim SEO, SmartCrawl, Squirrly); Yoast and SEOPress are still judged per post. Text such as 100%cotton is no longer mistaken for a template variable, articles in custom post types keep og:type article, and a paginated front page prints nothing.
- Review fixes for the no-SEO-plugin fallback: the theme's description tag is kept when we have only a title to print; the document title is HTML-escaped; leftover Rank Math template variables are never printed; next to Yoast or SEOPress the theme tag is hidden only when that plugin itself has a description; og:type is article only for posts; The SEO Framework, Slim SEO, SmartCrawl and Squirrly are recognised as SEO plugins; a static front page gets its stored title and description too.
- Narrows the 5.83 duplicate-description fix: the theme's description tag is now hidden only on posts where your SEO plugin (or this plugin) prints one of its own. A post with no SEO description keeps the theme's tag, as before.
- Sites without an SEO plugin now get the SEO title, meta description and Open Graph tags of every SEO Agent article from this plugin itself. They were always written into the Yoast / Rank Math / AIOSEO / SEOPress fields, but with none of those installed nothing displayed them and search engines saw only the excerpt. The plugin steps back automatically the moment an SEO plugin is activated.
- Activating the plugin connects your site again, as it always did. Since version 5.47 a separate approval screen had to be found and clicked after activation; sites whose owners never found it stayed disconnected with nothing to show why. The screen is gone and the plugin registers your site the moment it is activated.
- merge_category is stricter about what it will delete: it now refuses WooCommerce's default product category as well as the posts one, refuses a destination whose name matches more than one term, and never deletes a category that still has sub-categories. It also reports why a category was left in place.
- Fixes a problem introduced in 5.78: on some sites the screen that appears after activation was skipped, leaving the plugin installed but not connected with nothing to show why. It now appears reliably.
- New merge_category task: moves a fragment category's posts into the bucket they belong to and deletes the emptied term. Appends the destination before removing the source, so a post is never left without a category. Refuses the default category, refuses to create the destination, and deletes only a term it has just emptied.
- After you activate the plugin you now land straight on its SEO Agent screen, where a single button connects your site. Previously activation left you on the plugins list, and a site whose owner never found that screen stayed disconnected without any sign that something was still missing.
- You can now change an article's web address from SEO Agent. The old address keeps working: visitors and search engines who follow an old link are sent to the new one automatically, so nothing breaks and no ranking is lost.
- You can now change the headline of an article that is already published. Its web address stays exactly as it was.
- Fixed: the plugin's own error reporting never reached us. A crash on a site installed from a ZIP file was discarded because of a folder-name check, and a crash caused by a timeout inside WordPress itself was not recognised as ours at all.
- Error reports now name the operation that was running, so a problem can be diagnosed instead of guessed at.
- Fixed: editing an article whose pictures had to be downloaded to your site could stop halfway and never finish. The update now runs without the page time limit, the way publishing already did, so it completes on slower hosting.
- Each picture download is given a shorter, sensible limit, and the whole step runs under a time budget - so the update always reports back instead of being retried silently.
- If the budget is reached, the reason now says so, rather than reporting a missing picture.
- A site that was already connected recovers its own connection: if the plugin loses its token (a restore, a reinstall, a migration), it now proves it is the site with a short-lived nonce served from its own REST route, and the server issues a fresh token. No re-connecting by hand.
- The one-time consent screen is still shown to every genuinely new install; it is skipped only for a site that already carries content published by this plugin, which is decided locally without sending anything.
- The poll rate limit is now once per minute rather than once per four minutes, matching the service's own limit, so queued updates reach the site as quickly as before.
- The limit is claimed atomically, so several simultaneous requests can no longer all poll at once.
- Fixed runaway polling: the site could contact the service on every admin page load instead of once every five minutes, consuming PHP workers on the site itself. A durable rate limit now applies to both the scheduled and admin-triggered polls.
- Replacing a picture from your SEO Agent dashboard now works on an article that is already live: the new image is downloaded into this site's own media library instead of the update being refused.
- The update path now identifies each of the article's images by its file name rather than by its place in the text, so an article that also shows your logo, or a picture you added yourself in WordPress, updates correctly. If any image cannot be matched, the post is left untouched and the update reports which one.
- Fixes the 5.67 update path, which reported that it could not match the article's images and left the post untouched every time.
- Editing an article from your SEO Agent dashboard now updates the live post here without touching its pictures. The text and description are taken from your edit; every image keeps the copy already in this site's own media library, instead of being swapped for a link back to our servers. If the number of images no longer matches, nothing is written and the update is reported as needing attention.
- Follow-up to 5.65: redirects that were already set up for such URLs before that release keep working, and can still be removed. Both the lookup and the removal now recognise a stored path in either form.
- Redirects for dead URLs with non-Latin (e.g. Hebrew) paths now work: the stored path and the requested path are compared after decoding, so a redirect set up for such a URL actually fires instead of leaving a 404.
- Sites whose firewall blocks the SEO Agent server from reading the media library can now use their own photos in articles: the plugin reports the image library itself, from inside WordPress. Read-only; nothing is uploaded or changed.
- The featured image of a post can now be corrected remotely when it is wrong. Previously an existing featured image was never replaced, so a post that ended up with the wrong picture could only be fixed by hand in the WordPress editor.
- Hardened the contact-card replacement's tag scanner: a custom element whose name merely starts with "div" inside the old card no longer confuses the boundary detection.
- The contact-card replacement introduced in 5.60 now edits only the card itself: every other byte of the post - your own edits, spacing, embedded graphics - is preserved exactly as it was. 5.60's implementation could subtly reformat surrounding content on some hosts; it was never run against a live customer post.
- The "want to hear more?" contact card at the end of articles now takes the site's own design: on a site whose background we have read, it becomes a matching panel with the brand color as the button; elsewhere it is a solid brand-color card with automatically readable text. This also repairs older articles where the card was a bright gradient with unreadable white text.
- Category names that were a whole article title ("Topic: everything you need to know before…") are shortened to the topic itself. The category's address does not change, so existing links and search results keep working.
- Shop-page title and description fixes now reach WooCommerce stores whose designated Shop page was deleted: the fix is written to the SEO plugin's product-archive template (Yoast SEO / Rank Math) instead of failing, and the shop page cache is purged so the new title shows immediately.
- Review fixes for the new category-archive FAQ: no duplicate accordion when a theme renders the category description alongside the WooCommerce slot; a re-approved FAQ whose structured data was removed no longer keeps stale markup; better cache purge coverage.
- FAQ blocks can now be added to category and product-category archive pages: the accordion is stored safely (never touching your category description) and rendered on the archive, with FAQPage structured data output in the page head.
- append_faq now accepts post_path so a FAQ block reaches a nested product/taxonomy URL the server could not map to a post ID (resolved via url_to_postid on the site).
- New read-only verification: reports live image alt-text coverage with real examples, so completed fixes can be confirmed from inside the site.
- FAQ sections now display on pages built with Elementor and similar builders (previously the section was saved but never shown).
- Featured images now attach successfully on sites with long Hebrew page titles (the attachment slug no longer overflows the database column).
- Hebrew translation now loads on WordPress 5.6-6.6 as well (bundled translations are registered explicitly).
- Findings headline count matches the visible list.
- Full Hebrew translation for the consent screen and the findings view.
- The consent step now applies to WordPress.org installs only; installs connected through the SEO Agent dashboard keep their original one-click flow.
- Fix: the consent screen no longer shows a Connected badge before you connect.
- Fix: duplicate "Images without alt text" row in the findings view.
- Consent-first connection: a fresh install now sends nothing until you review what is shared and click Connect on the SEO Agent page. Existing connected installs are unaffected.
- Your SEO findings, inside WordPress: the plugin page now shows what the site scan found — images without alt text, pages missing titles or descriptions, and more — with a direct path to fix them.
- Free plan now includes 30 AI alt texts per month (was 20).
- Title and description fixes aimed at a category or tag archive are now delivered. WordPress gives a taxonomy archive no post ID, so these fixes previously failed with "Post not found: 0" and the site owner was told the page could not be found. The task now resolves the archive to its term and writes the same Yoast / Rank Math term meta the category task has always written.
- Fix verification now runs from inside your site. Our servers are blocked by many site firewalls, so a fix that had landed correctly could not be confirmed - the plugin now reports what your site actually holds and shows
- Alt text: an image whose alt text is only the article's title is now treated as missing alt text and gets a real description. Such an alt describes the article rather than the picture, and because it was not empty it was previously skipped forever
- Featured images: when WordPress refuses to create the image attachment, the underlying database reason is now reported too — previously only a generic message came back, which was not enough to tell a site owner what to fix
- Featured images: when setting a featured image fails, the reason is now reported back instead of failing silently — a site with an upload problem was previously indistinguishable from one that had never been asked
- Featured images: publishing now reports the thumbnail it set, so articles that already have an image are no longer queued for one again
- Publishing: the post-publish check no longer follows redirects and confirms the article's own title is on the page, so an article that redirects to the home page is correctly reported as unreachable
- Reliability: publishing now recognizes an article that was already published in a previous attempt and reuses the existing post instead of creating a duplicate
- Reliability: publish confirmations are retried up to 3 times on temporary server errors
- Featured images: articles whose thumbnail is already set are now reported back correctly, so they no longer block newer articles from getting their featured image
- SEO Doctor can now add missing viewport, Open Graph and canonical tags to your homepage after you approve the fix
- Canonical and Open Graph tags are only added on the front page, and are skipped entirely when a dedicated SEO plugin (Yoast, Rank Math, AIOSEO, SEOPress) is active - its output always wins
- The plugin now reports how many images in your media library are missing alt text, enabling the SEO Doctor alt-text backfill card
- Large alt-text batch jobs no longer time out mid-run - long batches now stop safely at a time budget and report exactly how many images were completed
- Batch results now report the true number of images processed, including when a batch stops early
- Redirect management (create/delete) task types now require plugin version 5.38 or higher
- Creating a redirect now clears the old address from LiteSpeed, WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache and WP Super Cache, so visitors stop seeing the cached error page
- A managed redirect now only runs while the old address really is missing - if you later publish a real page at that address, your page is shown and the redirect stops on its own
- Inline image import is now retried when a download fails instead of being marked complete - fixes articles left with remotely-hosted images
- Already-imported images are skipped on retry, preventing duplicate media library items
- Preserves backslashes in existing post content when appending FAQ sections or swapping image URLs
- Product sync and the WooCommerce webhook now share the store's real currency setting - improves structured data accuracy for stores not priced in ILS
- Product sync now shares real average rating, review count and global identifier (GTIN/UPC/EAN/ISBN, when set) - improves structured data completeness for stores using product reviews and identifiers
- Fixed: SEO title/description/keyword updates that don't change the post content now purge known page-cache plugins (LiteSpeed Cache, WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache) so the live page reflects the change immediately instead of waiting for the cache to expire
- New read-only task reports the current Yoast/Rank Math focus keyphrase for requested posts (used by SEO Agent's existing-page detection - no post content or settings are changed)
- Blog detection now recognises sites whose blog is a category archive linked from the menu - they are no longer told they have no blog page
- Approved FAQ suggestions are now applied to the post automatically (appended accordion + structured data); post updates can resolve pages by path when needed
- push_llms_txt task: publish llms.txt through the plugin poll (fixed path, WP_Filesystem) - works on sites whose firewall blocks inbound REST
- fix_permalinks: hard flush when the permalink structure is replaced (writes .htaccess; soft flush left new pretty URLs 404 on some Apache sites) and the task result now reports the actual final structure
- fix_permalinks: replace permalink structures that cannot produce unique post URLs (e.g. /%category%/ alone) with /%postname%/ - previously only empty/invalid structures were replaced
- Blog page now renders a uniform magazine-style card grid (3 per row) instead of the theme posts archive; previously created blog pages are converted automatically
- Auto-updates can now be enabled via WordPress's standard "Enable auto-updates" link
- Poll now reports which SEO plugin is installed (Yoast/Rank Math/AIOSEO/SEOPress) so SEO Agent writes meta to the right plugin automatically
- Poll now reports whether the site already has a blog page, so SEO Agent can offer to create one (with your approval) only when it is actually missing
- create_articles_page now runs only when the site has no blog (existing blog/posts pages are detected and left untouched) and sets the new page as the native posts page so it matches the site theme exactly
- create_articles_page task + [seo_agent_articles] shortcode - creates a dedicated articles page listing published posts in a responsive grid; existing pages are reused, customer content is never overwritten
- create_category task - create a missing product category, assign products and set SEO meta (applied only for connected SEO Agent workspaces)
- fix_permalinks now repairs permalink structures that contain no valid rewrite tag (every post shared one identical URL)
- update_category_seo task (Category Booster - term description + SEO meta, applied only after customer approval)
- Clear error message on the status page when the site address cannot be connected (local or private URLs), with a Try Again option - replaces the endless connecting spinner
- Show signup prompt on first activation when no SEO Agent account is linked to this site
- Rename plugin display name to "SEO Agent IO"
- Fix auto-update for existing ZIP installs (revert ZIP directory name to seo-agent-helper/)
- Fix ZIP directory name for WordPress.org compatibility (reverted in 4.88)
- Fix preg_match fatal error on publish-post route (remove sanitize_title as sanitize_callback for slug param)
- Replace parse_url() with wp_parse_url() throughout (WP.org scanner compliance)
- Replace strip_tags() with wp_strip_all_tags() throughout (WP.org scanner compliance)
- Add wp_unslash() to $_SERVER reads (REMOTE_ADDR, HTTP_ORIGIN, REQUEST_METHOD)
- Fix uninstall.php: prefix all global variables with seo_agent_ namespace
- Remove custom update hooks (pre_set_site_transient_update_plugins, auto_update_plugin) - WordPress.org handles plugin updates natively
- Rename plugin slug to seoagentio-helper (WordPress.org requirement)
- Fix image alt text: use 20s timeout for async retry cron (5s default caused silent failures)
- Add fallback: set alt from server-generated text if AI API times out during sideload
- Strip wpautop-added paragraph wrappers from inline JSON-LD blocks
- Fix unused variable in inject-schema handler
- Refactor ob_start helper so each caller has explicit ob_end_flush() for static analysis
- inject-schema endpoint now stores schema in post meta instead of post_content
- Add comment clarifying base64_decode usage (HTTP Basic Auth header decoding)
- Refactor output buffer handling: shared helper eliminates duplicate flush logic
- Shutdown hook priority -1 ensures buffer closes before WordPress core cleanup
- Skip unnecessary ob_get_status() calls on AJAX and cron requests
- Explicit shutdown handler to close output buffer opened at template_redirect
- Remove load_plugin_textdomain() - WordPress 4.6+ loads translations automatically
- Fix code comment that triggered WP.org automated scanner
