详情介绍:
Shotgun Golf Pro is the all-in-one tournament management system engineered specifically for charity golf scrambles, foundation outings, school booster clubs, and alumni associations.
Most charity golf outings raise $15,000 to $100,000+ in a single day, but organizers are often forced to choose between third-party SaaS platforms that take 5% to 10% platform cuts off gross proceeds or messy paper clipboards and fragile spreadsheets.
Shotgun Golf Pro turns any WordPress site into a private tournament command center: retain every dollar of donor proceeds with 0% platform cuts, project executive-grade corporate sponsorship tiers, run volunteer check-in from iPads in under 30 minutes, provide live mobile hole-by-hole scoring on golf carts, broadcast real-time television leaderboards to clubhouse displays, and export 1-click manifests for your head golf professional.
⛳ Key Tournament Features
- 0% Platform Fees: Connect your own Stripe or PayPal merchant accounts. Zero platform commissions or per-player ticketing cuts. Standard payment processing applies directly to your merchant account (or donors can cover fees at checkout).
- Live Hole-by-Hole Mobile Scoring: Zero-install mobile web scorecard (
?sgp_scorecard=1) accessible via cart QR codes. Large 56px touch targets, quick score chips (Birdie, Par, Bogey), outdoor daylight Sun Mode, and offlinelocalStoragesynchronization for distant fairway dead zones. - Clubhouse Television Broadcast Leaderboard: Fullscreen 1080p and 4K television broadcast layout (
?sgp_leaderboard={id}&tv=1) with pinned Top 5 podium cards, smooth carousel pagination for field scores, sponsor marquee branding, and 20-second low-overhead ETag background polling. - USGA Retrogression Tie-Breaker & Podium Certification: 1-click director certification applying standard USGA scramble tie-breakers (Back 9, Last 6, Last 3, Hole 18, and Putts), automatically populating 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place champion podiums.
- 18-Hole Course Par & Yardage Matrix: Interactive 18-hole course scorecard editor with customizable par (3–6), handicap index, and yardage with 1-click Par 72 preset.
- Tiered Corporate Sponsorships: Bundled packages (Title, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Team Foursome, Individual Golfer) with player slots, company logo showcase, and custom perk allocations.
- Mulligan & Raffle Super Ticket Upsell: High-converting in-modal upsell card directly in the registration checkout flow.
- Donor Covers Processing Fee Offset: Optional 3% fee offset checkbox allowing generous donors to cover credit card processing costs.
- Event-Day Volunteer Check-In Kiosk: Dedicated tablet kiosk mode protected by a 4-digit volunteer passcode. Search golfers instantly, assign shotgun starting holes (1A–18B), and monitor morning arrival velocity in real time.
- Contactless QR FastPass: Camera-based QR check-in terminal with targeting crosshairs, animated laser scanline, and audio chime.
- "Manage My Foursome" Captain Magic Links: Secure 32-character tokenized self-service portal allowing captains to update player names, handicaps, polo shirt sizes, and dietary needs up to 48 hours before tee time without creating WordPress accounts.
- 1-Click Clubhouse Manifests:
- Cart Scorecards Manifest: Printable roster with starting holes, cart assignments, and direct mobile scoring links for carts.
- Pro Shop Cart Manifest & Catering Summary: Cart pairings, player names, handicaps, starting holes, and aggregate banquet dietary counts.
- Tee Sign & Banner List: Company names, sponsor tiers, and vector logo URLs for print shop hand-off.
- Treasurer Financial Audit: Quid pro quo IRS Section 170(f)(8) 501(c)(3) tax deduction calculations.

常见问题:
Does Shotgun Golf Pro charge transaction fees on donations or registrations?
No. Shotgun Golf Pro never takes a percentage cut of your registrations or sponsorships. Payments go directly to your Stripe or PayPal account under standard merchant rates.
Can volunteers use their personal iPads or Android tablets on tournament morning?
Yes. The volunteer kiosk runs in any standard mobile or tablet web browser. Simply load your tournament URL with ?standalone=1 (e.g. yoursite.com/golf-dashboard/?standalone=1) and enter your 4-digit staff passcode.
How do team captains enter their foursome roster if they don't know all player names yet?
Captains can register and pay immediately. Shotgun Golf Pro generates a unique, passwordless "Magic Link" sent via email, allowing captains to update player names, emails, handicaps, shirt sizes, and dietary preferences anytime up to 48 hours before tee time.
How does Live Mobile Scoring work for golfers on the course?
Each cart receives a dedicated QR code or link (?sgp_scorecard=1&token=...) that opens a lightweight, zero-install mobile web scorecard. Scores entered by golfers are stored in offline localStorage and automatically sync to the server when connected.
Are charitable 501(c)(3) receipts generated automatically?
Yes. Shotgun Golf Pro calculates the IRS Section 170(f)(8) Quid Pro Quo tax substantiation (Total Paid minus Fair Market Value of greens fees, cart, and banquet lunch) and includes official legal receipt wording in donor confirmation emails.
