详情介绍:

WooCommerce does not email shoppers when a product is back in stock. Restock Mail does that one job, and shows you whether the mail actually left the server. The plugin does not send mail through Shuudev. Mail goes out from the shop, with the shop's WordPress / SMTP setup. If WordPress cannot send mail, the log says failed instead of pretending it worked. Requires WooCommerce.

安装:

  1. Install and activate WooCommerce.
  2. Install Shuudev Restock Mail for WooCommerce (Plugins → Add New, or upload the zip).
  3. Activate it.
  4. WooCommerce → Restock Mail → send a test email. If it fails, install an SMTP plugin (WP Mail SMTP, FluentSMTP, etc.) and test again.
  5. Put a product out of stock. The waitlist form appears on the product page.

常见问题:

The restock email did not arrive

Open WooCommerce → Restock Mail. If the row is failed, WordPress could not send mail. Configure SMTP on the site, use Send test email, then Retry. If the row is queued, WooCommerce Action Scheduler has not run yet. On a normal shop it runs on its own (same as order emails). You can also use Send queued now.

Do I need to set up a server cron?

No. The plugin uses WooCommerce Action Scheduler. You do not add a crontab to install it.

Is this GDPR-friendly?

Shoppers type their email to ask for one restock notice. That address stays on your WordPress site, not on Shuudev's servers. The restock email includes an unsubscribe link; clicking it removes the address from the list. Mention the waitlist in your shop privacy policy.

Does it work with variable products?

Yes. The form follows the selected variation when that variation is out of stock.
