Sign PDF Waiver for Contact Form 7

Updates Contact Form 7 with a canvas signature field, then takes the input fields on submit and fills out an uploaded PDF. Logs each submission's timestamp, IP address, and drawn signature to a custom database table. Saves the filled out pdf. All entries are searchable based on input.
