Do I need an OpenAI API key?

The Free plan includes a limited number of conversations. After reaching this limit, you can provide your own OpenAI key, which is used via Signuply services. Standard and Business plans include conversations without a separate key.

What is the difference between wgt_ and wsk_ keys?

The wgt_ key is your public widget key — it loads the chat widget on your site. The wsk_ key is your private key — it stays on the server and is used to manage widget settings via the API. The private key is never exposed to visitors.

Can the assistant use my website content for answers?

Yes. In higher plans, your AI assistant can use selected website pages and files as context to answer visitors more accurately — FAQs, service pages, pricing details, and more.

Can I use it on multiple websites?

The Business plan supports multiple websites with separate assistants for each.

What happens when a hot lead is detected?

Signuply can trigger email, SMS, or webhook actions automatically when a high-intent conversation is detected.
