How can I see a list of redirecting articles

You can filter your articles from Posts -> All Posts by the Redirection Column ( If the column doesn't appear go to Screen Options and click on the Redirection checkbox ).

I've added an URL to my post but the redirection doesn't work

Make sure that your URL is a valid one. For example if you didn't added the http:// or https:// in front of your URL it will not make a redirection.
