Shortcode Add the lead capture form to any page or post: [simple_lead_generator] You can customize the form using shortcode attributes. Open the plugin's Home screen in WordPress admin for the available options. Managing Leads After a visitor submits the form, the submission is saved as a lead in WordPress. Open: WordPress Admin → Simple Lead Generator → Leads From there you can:

• Browse leads using pagination
• Open contact information using available email or telephone links
• Expand submitted messages
• Delete leads you no longer need

Form Settings The plugin provides settings for common form and lead-estimation options, including:

From within WordPress (recommended)

1. Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin.
2. Search for Simple Lead Generator.
3. Click Install Now.
4. Click Activate.
5. Open Simple Lead Generator in the WordPress admin.
6. Add [simple_lead_generator] to a page or post.

Manual installation

1. Download the plugin ZIP file.
2. Upload the simple-lead-generator folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
3. Go to Plugins in WordPress admin.
4. Activate Simple Lead Generator.
