Simple Twits is meant to be simple. Just drop <?php twitter_followers() ?> or <?php twitter_messages() ?>
into your blog and your set.

Upload the Simple Twits plugin to your blog, activate it, and place <?php twitter_followers() ?> and/or <?php twitter_messages() ?>
into your blog code.
