Singsys Responsive Slider allows you to create slides that consist images, titles and description. The slider would then take those slides and present them as a owl-carousel - at a chosen location within your theme, page, or post. In whatever order you want them.

How to disable "next" and "prev" buttons?
Click on Edit slider and scroll down to find Navigation section avalible on right bottom of the page and select No form drop-down menu then click to save.
