Only when Logged-In User Tracking is explicitly enabled. When enabled, the logged-in user's display name and email address are sent to the connected Thunaivi support inbox. Keep this disabled unless your privacy policy and consent process permit it.
The Thunaivi SDK loads asynchronously and is designed to minimize page-load impact. Actual performance depends on the website, theme, hosting, and other active plugins.
Check that the plugin is active, the Website Token is correct, and your site can load https://app.thunaivi.io/packs/js/sdk.js. If you use caching or optimization plugins, clear cache after saving settings.
