A lightweight plugin that simply adds a small notification bar that allows you to insert simple text at the bottom of every page of your website as a call-to-action.

- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/sitewide-notice-wpdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.
- Use the 'Settings' > 'Sitewide Notice WP' link on the dashboard screen to configure the plugin.
- Toggle 'Plugin Enable/Disable' to display the notice bar.
