安装:

Install as regular WordPress plugin.

After activating the plugin you will see the "Skill bars" menu below the comment's menu on the left side of the WordPress dashboard and find "Add New Skill".

Using FTP

Extract skillbars.zip to your computer.
Upload the skillbars directory to your wp-content/plugins directory.
After activating the plugin you will see the "Skill bars" menu on the left side of the WordPress dashboard and find "Add New Skill"

How to use short-code? When active the plugin please Add New Skill and used this shortcode in your theme anywhere you want to display this Skill Bars.
