Added: partial refunds create a credit invoice for the refunded amount — one per WooCommerce refund, whether made from the WooCommerce refund screen or by a payment plugin (e.g. SmartPay Payments), listing the refunded lines when WooCommerce recorded them. Credits are capped at the order total; cancelling a partially refunded order credits the balance.
Changed: completing an order that already reached "Processing" no longer creates a document — its document belongs to the Processing step (orders completed directly, e.g. virtual products, still get one).

Added: Proforma Invoice (חשבונית עסקה) as a selectable document type, in the settings, as a per-order "Create Proforma Invoice" button and as a "Generate Proforma Invoice" bulk action. Like the standalone tax invoice it is a payment demand: automatic creation can be set to "For created orders", and an unpaid order's proforma invoice carries no payment line. A proforma invoice may precede any of the other documents on the same order (e.g. proforma at checkout, receipt or tax-invoice/receipt on payment).

Added: documents now record the payment method of the order (credit card, bank transfer, cash, Bit, digital wallet, and more), printed in the payments section of receipts and invoice-receipts. Previously every document reported cash.
Added: a "Payment methods" tab in the plugin settings that maps each WooCommerce payment gateway to the SmartPay payment method recorded on the document. WooCommerce's built-in gateways and the SmartPay Payments gateways are mapped by default; other gateways default to credit card.
Developers: new smartpayinvoices_transaction_payment_method, smartpayinvoices_default_payment_methods and smartpayinvoices_payment_method_options filters; a payment_method key on smartpay_payments_order_payments entries is honoured per payment.

A credit invoice is created automatically when an order that has a tax invoice or invoice-receipt is cancelled or refunded (new setting, enabled by default), or manually via the orders-list "Create Credit Invoice" button and the "Generate Credit Invoice" bulk action — the manual actions also cancel the order. The credit invoice mirrors the original document's amounts and is linked to it as its replacement.
