The moment the form is sent. On most hosts (PHP-FPM or LiteSpeed) the visitor's page is answered first and the lead goes out right after, so the visitor never waits. A send that fails is tried once more five minutes later. The plugin doesn't need WordPress's scheduled tasks (WP-Cron) for any of it.
Yes. The plugin sends your leads to your SolarDialer account, which places the calls. Signing up is free and includes $2 of free calls every month.
Whatever your form has of: first and last name (or one name field), phone, email, state, ZIP, city, address and the message. A submission without a phone number is not sent.
When the campaign is running and it's within the calling hours for the lead's state. With "Call it right away", the lead is called at once if it's within their calling hours; otherwise the campaign calls them later.
Yes. You are responsible for having your visitors' consent to be called, as the laws where they live require; calls by an AI voice may need their prior written consent. Add an "I agree to be called" checkbox to your form, put part of its name in the Consent box setting, and its wording in Consent wording (use the words "consent" and "call"): only visitors who ticked it are sent, and the proof goes with each lead.
Yes, with one line of code where your form handles a submission (for example, after you save it or email it):
do_action( 'solardialer_send_lead', array( 'name' => $name, 'phone' => $phone, 'email' => $email, 'state' => $state, 'message' => $message ), 'Quote form', 'quote-form' );
The field names can be your own (your-phone, Phone, mobile...): the plugin recognizes them as it does in the supported form plugins. The second value is the form's name (shown as the lead's source), the third its ID for the "Only these forms" setting. The consent box setting works the same way: include the checkbox's field, empty when not ticked.
No. The form only queues the lead; it is sent a moment later in the background (WordPress's scheduled tasks).
