SosWoo Responsive Image Slider is a lightweight WordPress plugin for creating responsive image sliders from your WordPress Media Library. Create and manage multiple sliders, configure autoplay and animation settings, choose horizontal or vertical movement, and display each slider on a post or page with a simple shortcode. The plugin includes click-to-zoom and optional full-screen lightbox viewing. Its bundled Swiper library is loaded locally, so the slider does not depend on an external CDN. The responsive layout adapts to desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.

安装:

  1. Install the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen, or upload the soswoo-responsive-image-slider folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
  2. Activate SosWoo Responsive Image Slider through the Plugins screen.
  3. Go to SosWoo Slider > Add New Slider.
  4. Create your slider and copy its shortcode.
  5. Add the shortcode to the post or page where you want the slider to appear.

How do I display a slider?

Create a slider under SosWoo Slider > Add New Slider, then copy its shortcode. For example: [soswoo_slider id="123"] Replace 123 with your slider ID.

Can I create more than one slider?

Yes. You can create and manage multiple sliders and use a different shortcode for each slider.

Can the slider move automatically?

Yes. The slider can be configured for automatic sliding, with settings for slide delay and animation speed.

Can I use vertical sliding?

Yes. The slider supports both horizontal and vertical slide directions.

Does the plugin work on mobile devices?

Yes. The slider is responsive and adapts to different screen sizes, including mobile devices.

Does the plugin require an external CDN?

No. The plugin includes the required Swiper CSS and JavaScript files locally.

What happens to my slider data when I uninstall the plugin?

The plugin provides an option to keep or remove its data when it is uninstalled. To remove the plugin data, disable the Keep data on uninstall option in Slider Settings before uninstalling.
