This plugin does not replace All-in-One WP Migration and Backup. It requires All-in-One WP Migration and Backup to be installed and active, and it uses that plugin's export and backup-file handling.
Backup scheduling does not send backup files, settings, or logs to Splendorsoft or any external service. All backup files remain on the WordPress server unless an administrator downloads or moves them. The optional support form only sends the contact and diagnostic details described in the FAQ when an administrator submits it. The optional deactivation feedback form only sends the selected rating, reason, details, plugin version, AI1WM version, and locale when an administrator submits it.

- Upload the plugin folder to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory, or install the plugin zip from the WordPress Plugins screen. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
- Make sure All-in-One WP Migration and Backup is installed and active.
- Go to All-in-One WP Migration > Automatic Backups.
- Review the Compatibility status panel.
- Choose a frequency, start time, retention limit, and cleanup options.
- Save the schedule.

Does this plugin create off-site backups?
No. Backups are local server backups stored in the normal All-in-One WP Migration backup folder. For stronger disaster recovery, copy backup files to remote storage outside the web server.
Does this plugin work without All-in-One WP Migration and Backup?
No. This plugin requires All-in-One WP Migration and Backup. If the dependency is missing or incompatible, the Compatibility status panel will show the reason.
Is this plugin affiliated with All-in-One WP Migration and Backup?
No. This plugin is an independent add-on that works with All-in-One WP Migration and Backup. It is not built by, endorsed by, or officially affiliated with the All-in-One WP Migration and Backup project.
Does this plugin send data to an external service?
Backup scheduling does not send backup files, settings, logs, or site data to Splendorsoft or any external service. If an administrator submits the optional support form, the plugin emails the entered name, email address, optional phone, optional company, query, site URL, and plugin version to support@splendorsoft.com. Support requests are not stored by the plugin.

Why did a scheduled backup run late?
WordPress cron depends on site traffic unless a real server cron calls wp-cron.php. Low-traffic sites may start scheduled backups late.
What does "Backup did not finish before the safety timeout" mean?
It means a backup was started or tracked, but the plugin did not observe a completion signal or final backup file before the 12-hour safety window expired. Check the activity logs, the All-in-One WP Migration Backups page, the wp-content/ai1wm-backups/ folder, and the host's cron, loopback, timeout, disk, and resource limits.
Does uninstalling this plugin delete backup files?
No. Uninstalling removes this plugin's settings, backup list, logs, lock state, and scheduled cron events. It intentionally preserves .wpress backup files.
