This plugin allows you to automatically spread your posts on Twitter and/or Facebook via the Spread.us API.

安装:

Upload in /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in Wordpress
Login (or create an account), and manage your settings from the 'Spread.us settings' option in the 'Settings' submenu.
