Simple star rating plugin to allow anonymous feedback to be added to your Wordpress. Within the admin side users can view the feedback and export to excel. Currently it is localised for use in the UK. Any feedback or suggestions are welcome.

安装:

Simple steps:
  1. Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation.
  2. Then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.
  3. Add the shortcode [feedback_form] to any page or text widget you would like the form to appear
  4. Done!
