Does this plugin require a StartShop account?
Yes — you need a free account at https://app.startshop.ai. You can sign up during the connection flow.
Where is my data sent?
Product, order, and customer data are sent to StartShop's API at mljjrfrrohjynttzjlls.functions.supabase.co (Supabase-hosted Edge Functions) over HTTPS, and from there to the AI models used to power the shopping assistant. See our privacy policy at https://startshop.ai/privacy for details.
Is HPOS supported?
Yes. The plugin declares compatibility with WooCommerce's High-Performance Order Storage feature.
How do I disconnect?
Open WooCommerce → StartShop AI and click Disconnect. Uninstalling the plugin also removes all StartShop-created webhooks and stored options.
