Stillframe lets you take screenshots of your WordPress admin area or front-end pages directly inside your browser. Capture responsive desktop, tablet, and mobile views, mark them up with rich annotation tools, and save them straight to your Media Library or download high-resolution PNGs. • Select (V): Click, marquee drag, Shift-click, or Ctrl+A to multi-select, move, resize, and rotate annotations.
• Pen: Smooth freehand drawing with adjustable stroke size.
• Circle / Ellipse: Highlight areas with circular outlines.
• Arrow: Directional arrows with 45° angle snapping.
• Rectangle: Clean bounding boxes for framing UI elements.
• Highlighter: Semi-transparent color highlight strips.
• Text Boxes: Drag to size, automatic text wrapping, inline typing, and double-click to re-edit.

Private & Zero Database Footprint Stillframe runs 100% in your browser using modern client-side rendering. It does not send any data to external servers, adds zero tables or options to your database, and only loads for logged-in administrators with manage_options permissions.

• explain that pixel-perfect capture is Area, Window, and Full screen in Chrome or Edge, and that Direct Page and Tools redraw the page
• say when tab sharing is cancelled or does not match this window, then redraw the page instead

• Text marks stretch freely: the corner handles scale the text evenly, the side handles stretch it wider or narrower, and the top and bottom handles make it taller or shorter. The Size control keeps showing the real letter height.
• Marks can now be dragged and resized out over the grey area around the picture. The part outside the picture is shown faded, and only the picture itself is saved.
• Every handle of a mark stays visible and reachable: a mark can no longer be pushed or resized past the edge of the working area.
• Smaller, lighter transform handles and a closer rotate knob on every mark; a thinner white outline on large text.
• Device frame: Desktop, iPad and Mobile frames keep their proportions on small screens, no longer sit under the top bar, and the device buttons stay available so the size can be switched after framing.
• The device buttons in Window mode now hang directly under the top bar, centred on it.
• Scripts and styles are versioned by file date, so an updated plugin never serves a stale cached copy.
