Stillgrey Product Manager is a user-friendly WooCommerce product editor for adding and editing products, managing stock, prices, SKUs, images, categories, tags and variations from the storefront or WordPress admin.
It gives store teams a clear, focused workspace for everyday WooCommerce product management without moving between multiple standard product panels.
Use it to:
- Create simple and variable products.
- Edit names, descriptions, prices, stock, SKUs, categories, product tags, shipping classes and dimensions.
- Create product categories without leaving the product editor.
- Mark simple products as virtual when no physical shipping is required.
- Choose a main image and product gallery.
- Build reusable product structures from quick templates.
- Generate and edit variations, including their individual images, without moving between multiple WooCommerce panels.
- Save new products as drafts before publishing.
- Open the same product tools from a storefront product page when you are signed in with permission to edit it.
- Update categories, tags, the main image, gallery photos and variation images from the frontend quick editor.
The plugin uses WooCommerce product APIs and keeps product data in WooCommerce. It does not create a separate catalogue, connect to an external service or collect analytics.
Source code and development
All JavaScript and CSS shipped with the plugin is the original, unminified, human-readable source loaded directly by WordPress. The plugin has no compiled frontend bundles and requires no build step. Development and optional formatting instructions are included in
CONTRIBUTING.md.
The complete, publicly maintained source code is available at
https://github.com/stillgrey213/stillgrey-product-studio.
Optional tier pricing
If Tiered Pricing Table for WooCommerce by U2Code is already active, Product Studio also displays its fixed quantity-pricing rules. This integration is optional; the pricing plugin is not bundled or required, and Product Studio continues to create and edit products when it is absent.
- Install and activate WooCommerce.
- Upload the plugin ZIP from Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, or install it from the WordPress.org plugin directory.
- Activate Stillgrey Design Product Studio for WooCommerce.
- Open Product Studio from the WordPress admin menu.
- To edit from the storefront, open a simple or variable product while signed in and select Edit product or Quick edit product.
If the earlier standalone Stillgrey Frontend Product Editor plugin is active, deactivate it after installing Product Studio 1.2.0. Frontend editing is now included in Product Studio.
